What to expect

Doctors, nurses and full-time caregivers are so busy caring for others that they neglect their own emotional, physical and spiritual needs. The demands on a caregiver's body, mind and emotions can easily become overwhelming, leading to exhaustion, disillusionment, hopelessness and ultimately burnout.

Too many burnt out caregivers end up quitting. Where can they find the strength to keep going?

Here we will share our experiences and collective wisdom.

In this group we talk to Kelly Carter MD, an experienced emergency roome doctor, a mom of two girls, and a champion of burnout support in her community.
