Mission & Governance

The Burnout Solution Center is a Non-Profit Association, as defined by Art. 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code, with a registered office in Gemeinde Herrliberg, Canton Zurich.  We follow the highest Swiss and International standards of governance and transparency applicable.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to support individuals and organizations in their efforts to prevent and overcome burnout, as defined by the World Health Organization in International Classification of Diseases.

  • we educate the public about the risks and signs of burnout, as well as tools and strategies for burnout prevention and burnout recovery;

  • we conduct trainings, seminars, and events for corporations, organizations, and groups;

  • we nurture a multi-disciplinary community of experts & collaborate with other associations;

  • we provide burnout prevention and burnout recovery coaching and support to individuals on a commercial basis, as well as pro bono to select individuals with high impact potential.

GOVERNANCE

The General Assembly of Funding Members is the supreme governing body of the Center.

The Executive Board is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Center. The Board consists of the President and Vice-Presidents who serve as volunteers in accordance with the highest Swiss non-profit governance standards.​

The Center relies on its team and network professional service providers to serve our Mission.

FUNDING MEMBER

Our Funding Members irrevocably commit capital to our Mission and govern the Association.

TEAM MEMBER

Our Team Members contribute their time and experience to our Mission as volunteers and service providers.

Our Network Members are our trusted partner organizations congruent with our Mission.

Our Advisory Members apply their expertise and authority to promote the Center and our Mission on the global arena.
