Service Description

The Triage procedure includes: 1) In-depth assessment. You will receive an online questionnaire after your appointment is set. Please allow yourself about 30 minutes to complete it, as you may want to reflect on some of the questions. A Burnout Solution Partner will analyse the information you provide to prepare for your meeting. 2) Personal one-to-one session with a Burnout Solution Partner. We always allocate 90 minutes for this conversation. You may choose to meet in person at our office or online. 3) Comprehensive report providing clarity and a plan for moving forward. Based on the preliminary assessment and a personal meeting, we will give you a more clarity on your current situation and suggest a strategy for moving forward. Please allow at least 48 hours after the meeting to analyse our findings and prepare a report.

Cancellation Policy

Once services are booked and paid, no refunds are possible. We understand that circumstances may change and we will do our best to accommodate our clients' needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact your Burnout Solution Partner or service provider as soon as possible.
